If you take their methodology at face value they will give you free internet access if you take their online poll:

The AP-GfK Poll of 1,004 adults was conducted online Thursday to Monday, using a sample drawn from GfK's probability-based KnowledgePanel, which is designed to be representative of the U.S. population. The margin of sampling error for all respondents is plus or minus 3.4 percentage points.

Respondents were first selected randomly using phone or mail survey methods, and later interviewed online. People selected for KnowledgePanel who didn't otherwise have access to the Internet were provided access at no cost to them

poll -which I found disappointing and wondered why it was so out in the field-a loner. I did read that bottom paragraph about the method but then lost my train of thought. Thanks again.

I am going to pouch your link and post it as a thread--I thought it should be known to all (maybe I was the only duped one!!). Can I please?

But they contact you by phone, they contact you by mail, and if you're interested you can participate and if you're interested and want to participate but don't have internet access they will provide you with it???

Nothing can go wrong there....
