I've been listening to the grapevine. Those people aren't going to get 'free passes' either. Bernie and O'Malley just got approached first. This wasn't a 'hit' on them, it was a sincere attempt to let candidates know that the black community simply isn't going to settle for a continuation of the status quo of black people being murdered with impunity, and cops being allowed to just walk.

And if we'd all been listening, this wouldn't have been any surprise. We can't just listen here on DU. We have to be listening to black and brown voices everywhere, seeking them out, rather than expecting them to come to us and tell us what we should know if we were paying attention.
