So, when Hillary gets interrupted by protestors, it's because she's ignoring the "real people"

But when it happens to Bernie, it's an organized plot by the Hillary campaign.

Just when I thought the hypocrisy and the conspiracy theories couldn't get any stupider.

It's enough to make me want a drink at 9:30 AM.

And yes, even Hillary had damned well better pay attention and come up with some policy solutions because POC are not going to be taken for granted in 2016.

My best friend growing up is a biracial whose mother is African American. He looks 100% white with curly hair. I *LOVE* that family (single mom, with her twin sister, a younger brother who is 100% AA) - and I still think about them every single day - if it wasn't for meeting Cory at school at the age of 6 (we were literally inseperable). I don't think I would have viewed #BLM favorably.

Also, the first candidate to come up with real solutions that immediately address systemic racism in the justice system will likely also be the Democratic nominee.

So Trump's numbers are going to go up and the rest of the GOP is going to go into consolidated meltdown mode over it.

Just sit back and watch. It will happen.

in the short run. In the long run the uglies of their party will come forth strong. With gerrymandering, suppression of voting rights, and downright cheating, along with total corporate media and hate radio, and the kicker - cha ching, and whomever the Democratic Party nominee will be, will have an up hill battle. I believe HRC can take them head on with issues that are important to Americans.

Because that is what is going to happen. Bernie is meeting with the protesters now. Well not right now, he is scheduling time to meet with them. So is Martin. I don't know if Hillary is going to meet with them or not. In any case this is going to help Martin and Bernie in the long run. Martin made a comment that wasn't taken well, but you could tell he was in agreement with the protesters. Bernie laid out part of his plan to end institutional racism and that seemed to be received well. So really keep up the meme that POC aren't listening to Bernie, I really don't care.

If she gets taken to task by the voters she is courting shes going to have to deal with it.
It is crucial for the GE that who ever the dem nominee is that person can get poc out to vote if they want the WH. Ignore that at your own peril. No one is owed a vote

why don't people just realize polls sometimes help with tone deafness. There is no candidate that is 100% tuned into the public unless there is feedback. I'm actually so sick of hearing that Bernie is naturally into every issue the country needs to address and has always been there so he doesn't need to evolve.....and we are all supposed to be relying on his own personal internal values, vs someone that responds to the needs of the voters via feedback.

When I was a kid, my dad (a Republican local party leader) had me put fliers in peoples doors. They had looked to be from the Arkansas Democratic Party. They praised Fulbrights stand on civil rights etc. This was the late 50's or early 60's south Arkansas. 15 miles north of Louisiana.

And Democrats did it to fellow Democrats.

A DUer here since 2005 posted a vile OP linking to a Washington Times (yes, the "newspaper" previously owned by the Moonies that is a right wing propaganda organization.
http://www.rightwingwatch.org/category/organizations/washington-times )

It had gotten a few supporting posts by Bernie supporters more than happy to gobble up the Washinton Times right wing conspiracy theory that George Soros has funded Blank Lives Matter to help Hillary. I was about to leave a post showing my disgust but the thread got blocked as I hit Post. I regret not getting a screen capture. But after seeing a post calling Hillary a "whore" being allowed to stand, I honestly was not thinking it would get zapped.

So no, it's not just one guy's personal opinion, it's a number of so-called Bernie supporters pushing right wing talking points. And it is vomitous.

I'm just continually amazed at the Sanders supporters that really seem to be fighting a war when there's no one to fight. So they just really kind of make it up. What the hell does HRC have to do with any of this?? She wasn't even there.

I guess what gets me the worst is the terminal cases of naïveté and how the Sanders folks are so much smarter than anyone else.

And when Sanders doesn't get the nomination, watch how many beg him to run as an independent. It's the same brain disorder (stupidity) that made many of them support Nader. "Whoa... There's no difference between the two parties, dude." 2 wars later they still don't think Nader was a mistake.
