Is there something wrong with Bernie's left arm?

It always seems to be situated in his pocket.

Edit: I AM NOT DOING ANY KIND OF POLITICAL GOTCHA. Just wondered if anybody knows about his arm, if there is anything to know.

I see I'm not the only one who noticed this about Bernie's arm. You notice it better when Hes walking. I think he has had a stroke at sometime or another. But I bet us if he had it wouldn't be in his file. They all are crooked...Everyone of them. He's way to old anyway.
