As President Barack Obama prepared to deliver a major economic speech in Cleveland, Ohio, Mitt Romney was on the opposite side of the state, trashing Obama's talk on the economy as "cheap" and urging Americans to judge the president by his "actions" not his words.
"If you think things are going swimmingly
then he's the guy to vote for," Romney told supporters at an aluminum factory in Cincinnati.
But the Republican nominee argued that Obama hasn't delivered on his 2008 promise to turn the economy around and insisted that "almost everything" his administration has done has instead made it harder for businesses to create jobs.
"Talk is cheap," Romney said. "But actions speak very loud. If you want to see the results of his economic policies, look at Ohio and look around the country.
What he says and what he's done are not always the same exact thing."

(11,417 posts)I'll match Obama's record to his any day. Mint Rawmoney didn't have an opposition to block everything he tried to do and still he lost jobs in Mass.

(41,832 posts)Ohio is doing much better than the rest of the country actually. Typical Mitt... he spouts lies just because he can
look at Ohio. Is it the governor's or Obama's policies that made Ohio a state on the grow? Huh, huh? No answer Romney or do you continue to lie? It was Obama's auto policy directly that grew that state, remember, the policy you even wrote a letter to the editor of the NYT's about? The letter disagreeing and saying Obama was wrong?

(12,272 posts)He actually said he would lay oil pipeline himself! I know exaggeration is used for emphasis, but Romney wants his cake and eat it too.
He knows that his party has obstructed Obama in every possible way, he is the bully that pushes you into the mud and then laughs at you because you are dirty.
And Obama has benefited this country despite unbelievable odds, Romney has been given it all and only benefits himself and his handlers.
Romney, if he weren't such a liar, to himself and the American people, would admit that through business practices, he hurts Americans.
Fuck Romney and fuck him hard.
