Reminds me of 2008. Our Hudson County, NJ campaign office was near a Yeshiva. We had four or five teenagers who came over to volunteer to make phone calls after school. They came several times before a rabbi showed up to find out what they were doing there. The kids apparently had not asked for permission. After he knew what they were doing and checked the place out, he gave them permission.

That was a fun office. We had volunteers of all races and ages. Some were teenagers, some seniors, some burly union guys and some were professionals, others were university students. Fun times......
