Joe?

Will he?

Will that change who you support in the Primaries?

Reported has been the fact that Beau asked him to run almost on his death bed.

Let me say that I'm HUGE Joe fan who for now is backing Bernie. I truly don't know what I'd do if Joe threw his hat in the ring.

Interesting to say the least.

1. I can't get past his enabling Clarence Thomas to SCOTUS.

When people use SCOTUS!!!! as a campaign device, I don't see someone who prevented Anita Hill and two other women from testifying as a good example.

When one looks at all the decisions where Thomas has been in the majority that have harmed us all, I simply can't "get over it."

The mere fact that Bush I nominated Clarence Thomas - the ONLY person ever that the ABA deemed to be unqualified - to inherit the Supreme Court seat of the truly exceptional Thurgood Marshall was a total insult to AAs, IMO. Thomas is the antithesis of everything that Marshall worked for all his life.

Totally apart from the Anita Hill situation, Clarence Thomas should NEVER have been confirmed. Biden should have known better. With the Anita Hill situation added to the mix, Biden's actions at the time were inexcusable. Of course, other Dems can share the blame of Thomas's confirmation, but Biden was indeed the enabler.
