False Equivalence in Action - "No, Both Sides Don't Do It"

"The fallout of a mixed Supreme Court decision. Both sides play it safe with cautious reactions.

So Mitt Romney puts out a statement saying nothing about the ruling but nonetheless saying "Obama sucks" in six different ways ... and President Obama puts out a statement saying he is mostly pleased with the ruling, but remains concerned about its "papers please" provision ... that means both sides do it?

When Mitt Romney's aides won't even say if Romney supports or opposes the ruling while President Obama's attorney general weighs in to pledge that the federal government will be aggressive in protecting civil liberties as Arizona moves forward with the remaining provisions of SB 1070 ... that means both sides do it?"
