The sheer joy of supporting Martin O'Malley...

Sometimes, the overwhelming size of all the things that we have had to face after the disaster of George W Bush.. the incredible forward motion that President Obama has put out and brought us along the road to recovery.. Still so much to do, and just knowing that he (Martin O'Malley) has looked at the issues.. and developed workable plans to address them, just gives me such a sense of joy and hopefulness that we can leave this a much better world for all..

and another is walking toward him. first time voters. excited about a debate and what that can do. i think he is feeling some movement forward. i would be very comfortable with him taking up where obama left off. i think that is clintons strong point too.

i think omalley has kicked ass at putting out plans showing he gets it with all walks of the govt and a can do... like you say, workable.

i love that dnc has put 15 an hour on platform. i think that is just that much more force for it.

I look at this different plans to address issues he has put forward.. and my God.. they are so doable..

Just gives me such hope for the future for my son who just turned 28..

Back in 2007 it was so grim, I wondered if there was ever going to be a way we could dig ourselves out of that mess.

And kudos to President Obama and all the he did single handedly with the republicans fighting him every step of the way..

And now Gov O'Malley is ready to keep pushing forward..

It really makes me feel so much better for our kids futures..

President Obama has done a great job of getting us out of the mess the Bush left us in. We still have more to do, Bush had 8 years to screw it up and sadly he did a great job of destroying this country. I feel that O'Malley has what it takes to take over from president Obama and keep us on track and moving forward. He has worked out "HOW" to do this, and that in itself shows me how much he cares.

You write, "i love that dnc has put 15 an hour on platform."

Sorry, you lost me here. Do you mean that the DNC has proposed that support for a federal minimum wage of $15 an hour be included in the Democratic Party platform that will be adopted next year? I hadn't heard that. If the DNC did so, then I agree with you that it's good news.

I am seriously waffling between he and Bernie.

ETA - sadly American elections have little to do with issues and everything to do with perceptions, most of which are shaped by TV and other media.

But I think Gov. O'Malley has really laid out a plan to keep us moving forward that addresses so many things that still need to be done.. and not just talked about..

I wish our presumptive nominee had specific, aggressive, populist goals like that.
