"GOP promise to repeal Obamacare blocked by Democrats (emphasis mine)"

It also blames the failure of the Republicans to pass any potential "replacement" for PPACA on Democrats as well despite the fact, of course, that they have no replacement plan anywhere near comparable to PPACA- basically they have no plan at all. Politifact is just evil! Will Politifact now be revising all of their ratings on President Obama's promises if they were blocked by Republicans? I think I might actually e-mail them on this. I don't think that I EVER saw them qualify any of their ratings on President Obama's broken promises like this.

Politifact: "On all our Promise meters, we rate outcomes, not intentions. On the Obameter, Obama has earned several Promise Broken ratings due to efforts blocked by Republicans. We have applied the same standard here to Republican initiatives stopped by Senate Democrats."
My response: "Yes, but I don't think I have ever seen it so clearly emphasized as it is in this case."
Will update with any further responses.
