(19,537 posts)I wouldn't put it in the main envelope, as I wouldn't want to have someone who's handling those emails to get the brunt of the "message". We used to be able to have the party pay for huge return postage by attaching it to a brick. But maybe something like would hopefully send a stronger message about who we'd like to direct that sort of message to.

(115,741 posts)These envelopes are probably opened by minimum-wage workers who collect any enclosed checks and throw the rest away, but who have absolutely no influence on the DNC. Why make the lives of the worker bees any more miserable?

(39,215 posts)envelop is empty. And sooner or later even DWS is going to realize that the money is not coming in.

(18,998 posts)Corporate cash will keep them going just fine...but if there are a few suckers out there why not take them.

(34,195 posts)DWS is immune from criticism.
Mnpaul
(3,655 posts)when they find no money in it. I doubt anyone cares about the comments.

(9,497 posts)They tally those numbers.
When I worked in complaints er customer service for a film lab, we noted the complaints.
But you may be right, the DNC may not give a flying eff and make no notation. Even though it is a business, and feedback is crucial.

(115,741 posts)The people who open the mail will be looking for checks. It's likely that nobody will even read the enclosures.

(12,882 posts)Thing is - instead of just returning it in the envelope they provide, I spend for postage and address it to DWS' DC office. Her staff has to deal with it to some degree. Just using the return envelope they provide will NOT get it anywhere close to DWS's eyes. I've been doing this for several years now.
SusanCalvin
(6,592 posts)I'm going to start spending the time and postage to do that as well.
Mnpaul
(3,655 posts)send them a voided check.
I was looking for results of their DNC survey but didn't find any.

(80,708 posts)I considered writing a note, but it was just too easy to send it right into the shredder.
