Yes.
This is what happens in elections. One side will try to get as many people as possible to support their candidacy.
The other side will do the same.

keep that vote and getting even more will now be called "dirty politics"....when it used to be known as "campaigning"?
I am not sure any more whether to criticize such grade school "thinking"...... or just have pity.
Visible minorities have had a long and powerful alliance with both the Clinton's, for good reason, and taking away the ties that bind and that earned trust will take more than just saying that trust is undeserved.
