(4,802 posts)Too many Americans think Mitt might be THE change needed to bring back the economy.
. In a Game Show Democracy, throw all the bums out leads to uniformed choices..
Considering that I suggest a needed bumper sticker need be something like...
. Mitt is not the answer
.But the problem.

During the last election cycle, someone drove over my lawn to take out the Obama/Biden sign. This should prove interesting.

(1,151 posts)This poster does not need words. This is a guy who can't even go on a vacation without causing a ruckus. He is a bonified idiot. You can let the viewer imagine his or her own slogan for this picture. It just fits.

(23,664 posts)Or anywhere people can put signs like that on their lawn without some low life asshole ripping them up.
The Velveteen Ocelot
(115,836 posts)Lots of lawn signs opposing the latest evil GOP attempt to amend the state constitution to prohibit same sex marriage. My precinct went for Kucinich last time he ran in in Dem primary. We don't worry much about anybody messing with left-wing lawn signs. Must suck to live in a red zone!

(23,664 posts)But the good part is our nearest neighbor is 1/2 mile away and she is more or less apolitical.
I had one incident with my big Obama sign in 2008 but I was able to deal with that. I just let my big dog out and the perps ran back across the field to their car slipping and falling on their ass in the wet grass.
If there was a neighborhood full of smart people around here I might consider moving back to civilization. My wife would welcome it and I'm getting too old to take care of this place and my kids aren't interested in living here.

Of course the parade itself featured a human being packed into a carrier on a car roof.

(429 posts)Local religious colleges send students out to steal signs like that, wouldn't last a day in our yard. Its a shame but that is the way snake in the grass republicans act.

(10,252 posts)I'm no Romney friend, far from it. Romney is a liar, probably a tax cheat, has disasterous policies, and symptomatic of a Republican brand that is totally bankrupt. However to suggest that we should pee on him is at the same low level as people who accuse Obama of being a Nazi, Commie, Kenyan Mau-mau. C'mon, we don't need to stoop to the same nasty gutter level hatefulness as the T-party. We just need to a) tell the truth about Romney's ongoing lies and b) vote for Obama. I would like to think that I'm not the only one on DU who finds this distasteful.

I think you might be the only one on DU who finds this distasteful. I found it very funny and it gave me an idea about putting Romney's picture on the toilet seats in public bathrooms.
To each his own.

(34,447 posts)I don't think a sign saying fellow dogs should pee on a picture of Romney is comparable to the vile things the GOP has said about Obama. It just follows with the whole dog theme. The sign isn't saying people should pee on him, DogsAgainstRomney.com is a site for dogs and about dogs (and the cats who support them--like mine).

(115,836 posts)wouldn't you pee on a liar and a tax cheat and a guy who made his dog ride on the roof of his car? Dogs can't vote; they can only pee. This is an invitation by Dogs Against Romney.
Lighten up, Francis.

(4,186 posts)What Willard did to his dog and his attitude and mindset ARE the biggest issue of all. This sign is not a petty frivolous attack. It gets to the truth in an off color way that Willard truly deserves. Just ask my dogs--they ride inside!!
