I am not going to link them...

But there are now three articles floating around the internet that Joe, Bernie, and Hillary are/were mean/disrespectful to their subordinates. I am not going to comment on the veracity or lack of veracity contained in those stories. I will just say workers are any organization's most precious asset and should be treated with respect. I have managed folks and have been managed. I always thought before I spoke so I could to speak to others as how I would like them to speak to me.

Mistreating subordinates always results in resentment with the mistreated hurt and likely planning their revenge.

I work in Hollywood and hear them all the time.
And many, many times its lazy workers moaning that they work for someone who has a vision of what he wants and will be an "asshole" to get it.
Isn't it horrible to demand your personal standards from the people you are paying?

Without a doubt... But some people are not cut out for supervisory roles and are gratuitously mean and disrespectful.

And I have to remind myself with anybody that I don't know well I am only seeing the side of them they want to share with me.

But many actually do know what they are doing, and if one listens, one can learn.
At least that's been my experience.

We used to live in Van Nuys in a home where the guest house was rented to this actor who had a part in "My Name Is Earl" He shared an agent with Rob Reiner. That's probably the only thing he shared because he didn't have acting work in the nine months we lived there. The home was on Langdon. That's a spot that is used in a lot of movies, tv, and commercials.

First, this ploy has been used against Democrats before.

Second, show me the best boss in the world (okay I worked for him), and there will always be at least ONE schmuck who just doesn't want to get with the program, and will whine. Average, reasonable but imperfect bosses are saddled with a few more of those schmucks. You can't please everyone.

Third, when it really comes down to it I don't give a shit, it might speak to "character" but I am hiring someone to do a job, and most of the applicants have a long enough resume that this bit just doesn't factor in very much.
