Rest of the debates need to be cancelled

I was very disappointed in Sanders. It seems to me he really isnt in it to win it. The others are sitting at 1% and dont even need to be there. Bernie, if you have no fight in you against Hillary then dont show up at the next debate.

against thin air. I dont support Hillary, i support Jim Webb but he has no chance. After watching the debate i have no clue why Sanders considers himself a better candidate than Hillary.

It's not time yet for him to attack her lacking in judgment to vote for war or of her
being a war hawk . When it comes down to both of them being the last two standing that's when
he will expose her big money interests and how she is bought and paid for by corporations and Wall Street

He can't even begin to think about winning without drawing clear personal distinctions between himself and Hillary. He has four debates before Super Tuesday and he just punted away a major opportunity. I'm surprised more of his supporters aren't acknowledging or at least hinting at this reality:

But while Sanders and O’Malley were offering hit-and-miss performances, the heavily favored frontrunner managed to glide along without much in the way of turbulence. And she had such an easy time of it because Sanders and O’Malley declined to hit some real points of contrast. On Social Security, Clinton offered a cagey and evasive answer as to whether she’d expand it, which would have seemed like an excellent moment for Sanders to jump in and press her on what her vision is for the crown jewel of progressive social welfare policy, but he laid off. On Syria, Clinton’s support for a no-fly zone over Syria – which puts her at odds with the White House and her 2016 opponents – was hardly touched upon. O’Malley noted briefly that it could lead to an “escalation” with Russia, but left it at that. Sanders simply observed that a no-fly zone “could lead to real problems.” No one seemed to have much appetite for pressing Clinton on her hawkish instincts, even though that’s what landed her in trouble the last time she ran.

And so Clinton won the first debate. She did well herself, and she lucked out in that no one went hard after her own vulnerabilities. Perhaps as the candidates get more comfortable in debate settings they’ll make things a bit more interesting for her...

20. Because Of The MSM Blackout On Anything Bernie Going Into The Debate....

this was the first time that Bernie had the opportunity for major exposure to millions more American People than he had leading up to the debate.

Bernie's mission last night was to get his platform out and introduce himself to those "The People" that aren't familiar with him. I believe he accomplished that and more at the debate and held his own against Hillary. I believe he had the best two lines of the night when he said "Congress doesn't regulate Wall St - Wall St regulate Congress" and the other when he said - quit it with those damn e-mails - in which Hillary was pleased that he said that.

Bernie said he wasn't going to attack Hillary. He stuck by that last night - even though I believe he was fighting back urges to do just that when she laid up a few softballs to him. However, Hillary didn't miss an opportunity to take shots a Bernie - but then again her mission last night was to stop the erosion of her poll numbers to Bernie.

Based on her campaign's polling and focus group research - she got in the the talking points that she needed to make - even though she had to flip-flop on a few of her stances just before the debate to make her sound more credible last night.

Now we need to sit back and watch the post-debate poll results to see how good all the candidates did last night. We can't and shouldn't take the words of the political pundits, the talking heads and the MSM - as they are manipulating us as to how to think. They have a vested interest in Hillary and are terrified of Bernie. Think about it - they are going to the extreme - to make Bernie a non-factor in this race. You have to ask yourself - Why?

They have used the terms 'presumptive nominee' in relation to Hillary since back when this campaign for the nomination started. I will be very disappointed in the American People if we fall prey to this MSM tactic and we wind up with a Bush - Clinton race for the WH. They have a vested interest in seeing either of those two running the country because they know that it won't upset the status quo that they come to enjoy.

Then we will know that the system is rigged.

Sanders has said from the start, he wants to discuss the issues, not attack Hillary.

He dominated the debate, won on any number of points, won over the focus groups, won the internet polls, and when push came to shove, dominated Anderson himself.

Anderson tried lure them off issues and onto scandal and failed.

Bernie hit a home run with his email intervention:
1st base -- integrity above scoring cheap political shots,
2nd base -- a serious shot at the GOP (and media),
3rd base -- can work with his foes and bring people together, which any dem Prez will need to be able to do,
home run -- issues over scandals.

He won on any number of points discussed. And to top it off, he made fundraising records based on his performance.
