Who remembers when the Bush/Cheeny admin was firing district judges

who refused to toe the Republican line as handed down through Bush/Cheeny? My theory today is that many of these decisions upholding the new voter suppression movements in many states are handed down by these very judges!

Anybody got a theory about that? Think we can get MSNBC evening newscasters on it?

the us attorney scandal of 06 had turd blossoms fingerprints all over it... still think it was a mistake not getting Rove to testify under oath about it.. but i'm talking attorneys your talking judges..big difference..

but yes the voter suppression of today goes back at least to 06..

First, Judges weren't fired (they hold life-tenure). US Attorney's were fired. Second, the only Court rulings on Voter suppression issues I'm aware of have been State Court rulings.

There's enough about Bush to complain about; lets not make up new things.
