Vice President Joe Biden reiterated that the reason he isnt running for president is because he doesnt think he could win, not because he didnt want to run.
Sitting next to his wife, Jill, in a 60 Minutes interview that aired Sunday, Biden said if he thought he could have ran a winning campaign, he would have gone ahead and done it.
Its the right decision for the family, its the right decision for us, Biden concluded, whose decision revolved around his familys readiness to take on the stress of a presidential campaign so soon after the death of his son Beau.
Beau Biden died in May at the age of 46 after a battle with brain cancer.

In his speech, Biden also said Democrats should run on President Barack Obamas record, which he would have done if he ran. Clinton is not running on all of Obamas record, he said in the interview.
Shell run on part of it, Biden said. It doesnt mean she wont be a great president."

If Joe doesn't want to enjoy a well deserved retirement he would make a helluva UN Ambassador, SOS, or Democratic Party Chairman

Obama created jobs, but we need more jobs.
Obama passed an infrastructure bill, but we need more infrastructure.
Obama signed Dodd-Frank to regulate Wall St., but we need more regulation.
Obama pardoned some non-violent drug offenders, but we need more criminal justice reform.
