I guess you have to have BBC on your TV (I don't, so a friend DVRs them for me). They have released some seasons on DVD (maybe your local library has them?).
There are tons of clips on youtube. And I'm sure there is someplace to discreetly download them on the internets (if you know what I mean 
)
