Too many "unlikely voters" out there who, for a variety of reasons, will need lots of persuading to get them to the polls in November. A rather discouraging article in USAToday.

if Jesus himself came back to Earth scumbags would dis him on the internets. Why would you let complete strangers, or one or two maybe making it look like lots of comments, affect your day?

I agree with the first part of your OP, but let's not beat ourselves up unnecessarily.

John: Do you think that the gop voting against President Obama's Jobs Plan and stalling the Transportation Authorization for 2 1/2 years, that specifically allocated billions for construction projects (several of which were slated for Arizona) had anything to do with your having to sell your Arizona home?

Come on Democrats ... Conversation and Eduction will get them out to vote.
