GOP officially supports this now.

(3,649 posts)But us Bernie supporters believe that he is the Dem's best candidate. This is why we bicker with Hillary supporters.

(62,325 posts)supporting Gay Rights, no need for HIM to evolve, he never fed into the Right Wing 'sanctity of marriage' garbage.
We need someone who didn't have to 'learn' what was right and wrong about the discrimination against Gays. Or how wrong it was to talk 'religion' when addressing the issue of marrieage equality.
When faced with decisions that would either harm gay rights or enhance them, Bernie made the correct decision every time.
THOSE are the qualities we need in a leader.
the GOP will have their heads handed to them by President Bernie Sanders.
Hillary otoh, has pledged to 'reach across the aisle' to shake hands with the very people you are talking about there.

She "swiped" an old logo from an English chain store from the 1800's that isn't even in business today?

She's sly one indeed.....
the reason I posted this thread was because of the Che wearing a Bernie t-shirt and the BostonBean thread about Bernie's public access TV show which was on in the 80s. Enjoy the snark!!!

(14,274 posts)Herp Derp
An expression used when a person, or yourself, has done somthing extremely stupid and dopey
Person 1: Dude, I just hit my head on the door.
Person 2: HERP DERP
Just pointing out you did something extremely dopey.
UglyGreed
(7,661 posts)and their friends call each other derp they are using that expression to belittle and label the other person stupid. It is a put down, just as you meant it to be towards me. IMO Because you added herp this time around to cover up your personal attack really does nothing to change the original use of the word.
JTFrog
(14,274 posts)where Herp. Derp. has been used for many years as a response to ridiculous posts....
I'm not your child. If you are so insulted by a stupid meme used on DU for years, hit the alert button.
Might be a good idea not to post stupid and dopey things that merit such a response.
UglyGreed
(7,661 posts)ever seen derp used here on DU. Maybe I did not pay attention since IMO it is childish. I tell my 13 and 16 year old kids not to use such words since they are used to hurt and belittle each other. BTW I googled DERP and check out the images I found. Here's one if you decide not to click the link..........

Oh, and have a great day, I'm done with your baiting and will no longer reply. So whatever ridiculous thing you say next will fall on deaf ears.

(7,661 posts)the thread but of course some needed to call names and resort to other types of BS..... I must admit I did get a laugh out of Logo-Gate, DERP not so much.

(3,498 posts)Considering Hillary's H-> was designed
by a high powered, world wide, agency
it is remarkable how derivative it appears.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentagram_%28design_studio%29
Both Hillards and Pentagram are
or were UK based it's possible the
H-> icon was a known reference.
Most laughable is who is credited
for the H-> design, Michael Bierut.
If my company hired an agency and designer
of such a high caliber and they delivered
the H-> I would definitely think they were
fobbing off a second rate brand identity,
and hoping we didn't know the difference.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Bierut
Worst Brand Identity of any candidate.
