How is Bernie so naive about Wall Street?

He's now months into his campaign and onto his 2nd debate and the only thing he can come up with is Glass-Steagall and no other policy??? RELEASE SOME PROPOSALS!!! He just looks amateur screaming about problems without any solutions.

Reinstate Glass-Steagall and force the breakup of the big six, presumably through an antitrust suit. Those two actions would be immensely effective in terms of regulation the financial sector, as they'd make it harder to bail out the banks yet again and would reduce the danger inherent if any particular bank got in trouble. It's not a complicated plan, but, unlike a complicated plan, it would have a real chance of success. Complicated plans tend to be designed to look effective while only being effective at shifting responsibility.

And it worked beautifully until the early 80s when it was declawed.
