Sanders *not* attending the Iowa Brown & Black Forum? Maybe he really doesn't care about blacks..

Could you imagine the posts here if Clinton did not attend?

Actions always speak louder than words.

Maybe PoC should rethink their devotion to Sanders...
___

Hillary Clinton and Martin O'Malley have confirmed their attendance, while Bernie Sanders has not. The Republicans are also not attending the event. http://www.desmoinesregister.com/story/news/elections/presidential/caucus/2015/11/20/gop-presidential-iowa-brown-black-forum/76112534/

Both groups of supporters are flinging so much shit at each other that its hard for either to take any moral high ground anymore. Its like Israel and Palestine condensed into an internet forum.

Meanwhile, those same critics see the fact that Sanders has been a political animal for literally his entire adult life as an asset.

And, here I thought it was only the other guys who wallowed in double standards while publicly promoting absolutes.

wrong, for example, would be if one should have allowed oneself to have become
influenced by corrupt practices in the meantime. Bernie Sanders is one of those
whose integrity has always remained strong and above-board.

A Dec. 3 forum for Republican presidential candidates sponsored by the Iowa Brown & Black Presidential Forum has been canceled because of “unresolved scheduling conflicts,” according to a news release.

The Iowa Brown & Black Presidential Forum, founded in 1984, has brought together presidential candidates to discuss concerns of African-American and Latino communities.

A forum for Democratic presidential candidates is still planned for 7 p.m. Jan. 11 at Drake University’s Sheslow Auditorium. Democratic presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Martin O'Malley have confirmed that they'll attend the January forum.
