2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumISIS. Did the Paris attack influence the change in momentum
in Iowa and New Hampshire? I think it might have. Sanders sort of dropped the ball at the Iowa debate in his opening statement by switching to economics after a token response to the ISIS question.
Since then, Iowa and NH seem to have slowly slipped in their support for him. Current events affect voter sentiment. That's clear.
So what do you think? Could this be the reason for Clinton's gains in those two early primary states?

probably based on the debate and Clinton being better known to deal with the perceived escalation of terrorism

but the attacks there and ongoing has changed the entire election on both sides. if this doesn't quiet down, gonna be a very ugly and war driven ge with trump as the likely beneficiary.
