Coincidence

President Obama makes a speech on ISIS on 12/6 . He has a private lunch with Hillary Clinton on 12/7. President Obama addresses the nation on ISIS again on 12/14. Hillary Clinton is scheduled to make a speech on combating ISIS and terrorism on 12/15

It looks like coordination to me. President Obama seems to be going all in , albeit tacitly, to clear the path for his likely successor.

It also keeps the issue at the forefront that can only benefit Secretary Of State Clinton:

"...participants described Hillary Clinton’s backbone as made of “titanium,” “steel,” “ice” and “cement.”

Her ability to walk through what she’s had thrown at her just in the last six months should give you an idea that the woman has definitely got some strength. She’s there. I don’t necessarily agree with where she’s coming from, but still, you cannot knock what that woman is like.

Alan, another participant, added:

I don’t necessarily agree with her positions, but she is definitely strong. For lack of a better term, she’s got some ----, you know. She stands up and stands firm.

This is shaping up to be a national security election.

Here's an interesting article:

When voters look at equally experienced male and female politicians, “the man will still be seen as more capable on issues of national security and defense,” Meredith Conroy, a professor of political science at California State University, San Bernardino, wrote me in response to my inquiry about the current election. But “Hillary is able to overcome this and other gender stereotypes. She turns much of the scholarship on voter perceptions of Democratic candidates, and furthermore female politicians, on its head.”

Sanders comes across as a stumbling, bumbling, incompetent mid-level candidate when it comes to national security.

Unless there's a major event between now and the primaries, this election will be decided on the economy and racial justice not some national security scaremongering.

That really doesn't make any sense. You say you won't respond to negative posts, but then say you'll respond to them on a case by case basis. That's like saying 'I don't eat meat. I'll only eat meat on a case by case basis'.

the heavens know the US is in crisis mode so often lately. I saw polls saying Nat. Security is the number one issue (mostly for Republicans). But Obama has to provide reassurance that his administration is doing all it can do to prevent extremest attacks.
