Will he stick with his attack on Muslims? Shift back to Latinos? Maybe a broadside against women?

He's hard to predict but fun to make fun of.

...but since you asked... He will attack supporters of Democrats, possibly Bernie supporters as socialist by conflating it with communism which will help solidify his support among the ignorant masses and possibly take some votes away from his close competitors.
