Alleged deadbeat dad Rep. Joe Walsh thinks Sandra Fluke should ‘get a job’

Saturday, September 8, 2012

Tea Party-affiliated congressman Rep. Joe Walsh (R-IL) has taken exception to Georgetown Law student Sandra Fluke’s remarks at the 2012 Democratic National Convention and said that he thinks the women’s health advocate should “get a job.” According to Talking Points Memo, Walsh made the remarks at a campaign stop in Addison, Illinois on Saturday.

“So at the Democratic Convention Wednesday night their first prime time speaker was Sandra Fluke, whatever her name is,” Walsh said. “Think about this, a 31-32 year old law student who has been a student for life, who gets up there in front of a national audience and tells the American people, ‘I want America to pay for my contraceptives.’ You’re kidding me. Go get a job. Go get a job Sandra Fluke.”

He went on to call it “embarrassing” that Fluke is an American who is “asking everyone to pay for her contraceptives.”

You can't pay for your own responsibilities. Clearly you don't act on family values - so take your own dismissive advice and take on a second job. Until you are paying for your own responsibilities, you have no room to make such statements without being relentlessly mocked.

Sadly being relentlessly mocked still doesn't pay for your kids.

Your salary is more than triple the national average and you still can't pay for your kids from your first family. ABANDONMENT of RESPONSIBILITY. Dude, you have NO room to lecture any other human being. We are human and we are flawed. But your flaw is grossly flagrant as it punishes your own children. Clearly you wouldn't give a darn if you pushed policies that harm other peoples' children - cause you already have shown that you will harm your own children (per financial neglect.)

First, Limpballs and now this creep. Geez, Sandra must have secret powers that they can't stand. Perhaps they are seeing the handwriting on the wall in this intelligent, articulate and quite lovely woman...the future...and their political demise...
