While DU does not reflect the real world, the people here do. Look at the number of posters for Bernie and the numbers for Hillary.
Until the Bernie/Hillary poll threads started getting hidden, the ratio was something like 80/20 for Bernie. That has to be embarrassing.
This place is Democratic Underground and Democrats historically have leaned to the Left politically, which probably explains the lopsidedness.
