Bernie Sanders isn't playing around, officially files lawsuit against the DNC

BREAKING: Bernie Sanders is no longer "threatening" to sue the DNC, because he's already done it. Claiming the DNC is trying to sabotage his campaign, Sanders has officially taken legal action.

To me, sounds like DWS thought Sanders would roll over and instead he is standing up and fighting back!

Splitting off 5+ percent of the vote from Hillary in the general would be a lot harder to ignore than some lawsuit.
