http://www.politicususa.com/2015/12/18/hillary-clinton-urges-quick-resolution-lawsuit-return-bernie-sanders-voter-files.html

"The Hillary Clinton campaign is urging Democrats to come together for a quick resolution of the Bernie Sanders/DNC lawsuit. The campaign also wants Sanders to access to his voter files right away.

In a statement, Clinton Press Secretary Brian Fallon reacted to the news that a federal judge may hear the Sanders lawsuit against the DNC tonight.

Fallon said, “We hope that the court will resolve this matter tonight and the Sanders campaign has access to their voter files right away, with adequate protections of our proprietary information, which we understand could be completed in short order. As we stated earlier today, we also want a full, independent accounting of the Sanders campaign’s actions, as well as assurances that no data or strategic insight from this act of intrusion will be used by his campaign. This was an egregious breach of data and ethics.”

Don't swipe other camps shit. And it is Bernie's campaign that fucked up. Jeff Weaver should not be on tv making threats, he should be working diligently to isolate and destroy the downloaded data and to assure DNC it was.

I have no faith in his campaign team to carry our party to electoral victory for the white house or down ticket races.

I was so angry at first, especially hearing some guy from the Clinton campaign this afternoon saying Bernie should drop out. That was so obvious, they know something that isn't good for their darling. This could end up being a good thing for Bernie and smear the DNC and Hillary too.

And how DARE Hillary not come to the defense of the Sanders campaign and say they are fine with the Sanders campaign stealing millions of dollars worth of their strategic data.

We Cannot let this travesty stand!!!!!!!!

The firewalls were being dropped for some reason, and I doubt it was for the benefit of the Sanders campaign. I suspect the audit may turn up some facts you won't be so happy to hear released.

This has been done in a matter of mere hours. Then there is this. Hillary did something similar in 2008, now that will come to light and her screaming bloody murder about this is going to look a tad hypocritical. Things get interesting at the link by line 23.

this stopped being about the party a long time ago. The only goal for next Nov is to get Hillary into the white house. They are willing to get trounced down ticket and lose the millennials if need be, to have Mrs Clinton be the first female president. I don't like it, and think it's wrong headed, but IMO that is the view of the party apparatchiks.

And I don't get it. The DNC/HRC campaign must have some internal polling that really scared them. Outwardly, HRC supporters are always touting their large national lead with Democratic voters---so why resort to this?---Unless.....
