What this looks like is HRC/DNC tried to do sell the "crimes were committed" and "property was stolen" talking points and no one was buying. We know the DNC is in financial trouble. The lawsuit opens them up to yuuuuuuuuuge amounts of liability that they can't afford plus, if the lawsuit goes forward there's DISCOVERY, and that could be very damaging.
I bet DWS has been fielding calls from angry rich people all damn day. This has made Clinton look bad, and played right into all her worst polling characteristics: untrustworthy, win-at-all-costs, etc.
This whole mess of unforced errors came from Wasserman-Schultz at a time when the focus SHOULD have been on the R's insane clown posse debate. We should have been scoring points against Trump and Cruz, but instead we have to defend ourselves against our own people.
Disgraceful.
She MUST GO!

(7,318 posts)Clinton, DWS, NPG Van's & the DNC. For SEVEN years.
They have all earned whatever conspiracy theories are being floated out there.
Let's get that lawsuit discovery process going and get proof of exactly who was saying and doing what in that closely knit Clinton cabal of candidate and former campaign personnel.

(972 posts)So she did accomplish that. I totally agree about the discovery phase of a lawsuit. That would be the last thing she would want. No telling what slime that would uncover.

(20,958 posts)might be worth it. plus, the successful week is part of the narrative.
most people wouldn't have paid attention to the endorsements this week if they weren't in the context of the DNC trying to sabotage the Sanders campaign. but now those people are angry and mobilized.

(6,699 posts)The thought occurred to me this evening; you know the one repuKKKe today with more than a shred of credibility is that scrawny, deceitful Ayn Rand piece of human waste, Paul Ryan. Could he become a factor?
Face it, the stage of idiots we saw last week was a disgrace, even by repuKKKe standards. The rnc has to be shitting their britches about now; but if pr were to walk on to the scene, he has enough sanity and stability to be a new force among all these wretched clowns. Especially with his latest accomplishments in the House as Speaker in getting things done, and working across the aisle.
Tell me, please, it isn't possible for him to enter the fray; because if he could be a contender, we could be fook'd!
