The DNC heeled right before an 11pm meeting with a federal judge

They realized that their side of the case had no merit, and that the case would expose a lot of stuff in the DNC that they don't want exposed. I'm sure they'd be blocking Bernie's access for quite a while if it was't for this lawsuit. The Bernie campaign did a great job of filing a case so fast to make the DNC heel.

The Sanders campaign reached a deal with the DNC regarding the lawsuit shortly before they were scheduled to appear before a judge at 11:00 p.m. ET Friday, Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver confirmed to NBC News. The DNC "capitulated," Weaver said, and will restore access to voter file as soon as tomorrow.

The DNC needs to be told in no uncertain terms that it works for US, not the other way around.

Bernie is ALREADY changing the system.

They reached a compromise.

The rest of the article is quite damning to Bernie's campaign and the way they stole data from the Clinton campaign. Bernie is going to come out smelling very badly over this.

to reveal vulnerabilities that would allow the competition to see YOUR data?
I think that the dirty tricks apply to the DNC, as they have scheduled debates at a bad time, scheduled few debates, and just after two major endorsements for the Sanders campaign are announced, they suspend access to his own data. The DNC also is using a firm who has acknowledged ties to the Clinton campaign. Shouldn't the DNC be impartial?
No, it is the DNC who is the real loser. They left a trail a thousand miles long!

The DNC uses a software firm run by a Hillary supporter. Now all email communications and software logging are evidence and cannot be deleted, Hillary's favorite way to cover her tracks then lie about it. If the Sanders campaign was doing anything illegal, why would they insist on the lawsuit going forward? Clinton and Schulz have a real problem, and it looks like collusion... and if they wipe data, conspiracy.

personally i think hillary's best move at the moment would be to denounce the DNC's actions and demand a new IT team. and DWS should be booted out several months ago...every time the DNC asks me for money i write back and tell them not until she is gone. and now this. it's like she's the reincarnation of richard nixon.

does anyone really think that if Hillary did not want debbie's head, she would not get it? Hell, if Hillary wanted Debbie gone, all the people with that arrow logo in their sigs would flood this site with reasons why Debbie's hea dis for the taking, and they would be right, despite the fact the only reason they would give is because Hillary would deserve to get whatever she wants, however she wants it.
