Who has the best chance of increasing voter turn out of Democrats and Democratic leaning Independents. I feel that we will need to get a extra large positive turnout to get Back the Senate and gain seats in the House.

Net effect, those voting against Hill because they are moderate GOPers, plus Independents versus Bernie's attraction of millenials, Indies and moderate GOPers.
Enthusiasm is genuine as seen in the crowds. People can sense he is the real deal.
