2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumInteresting to note that neither 538 or RCP is showing updated polling numbers...
Both have daily updates as a rule....I think quite a few polls were coming in today - don't know if they are both waiting to get all of today's data before the update. I suspect the Mitt/Libya catastrophe won't show until tomorrow at the earliest, but who knows!
Keeping an eye on both....to see if something comes in before I hit the sack.

not the stuff in the election section.

(4,551 posts)I haven't been to the NYT today.
Did Nate not include all the new polls today? Today was a HUGE polling day. The biggest I can remember in months. It was hard to keep up with them all.
There were PPP polls, Rasmussen polls, NBC/Marist polls, Republican pollsters, Democratic pollsters etc. And I just found an Esquire/Yahoo poll that I didn't see posted on DU yet, so I posted it. It shows Obama (+4).
Almost all the polls today were good for Obama, except for a few of the Republican-leaning ones.

Life intervenes, even for those of us who are poll junkies.
