I think the comments from the author of the "Independent" article proguessoid linked would seem to indicate that even if her parents weren't rich they weren't hurting for cash. I mean, I'm going to guess that if some of your work is actually being studied in an art or photography course.
That alone doesn't give me pause or dislike for Dunham but if she's shutting out dissenting opinions on Hillary then I have a problem with that. I mean, non-malicious stuff obviously.
