I posted a poll here a few days ago by Kimball that showed Warren & Brown basically tied. (eg. 45-46)

It showed that Warren had gained since the DNC.

That's what's holding her back. MA may have more Democrats than Republicans, but it has a large bulk of Independents (who once voted for Romney when he pretended to be a moderate). Polls all show Warren is losing by large margins to Brown amongst this group because his ads claim he is a moderate, independent Republican who loves Obama etc.

The mask has not yet been pulled off Brown. He even released an ad with Obama in it this week saying something nice about Brown.

Warren needs to let people know that he has voted with the GOP in 90% of his votes and that he took money from Wall Street in order to sabotage the financial reform legislation that would regulate them.
