Dana Bash tries to play gottcha with Bernie Sanders

I don't believe for one minute that CNN's Dana Bash doesn't understand full well that if the United States would move to a Medicare for all, single payer health insurance system, that we would see our health insurance premiums replaced by a tax, but the overall effect would be that we'd see the cost of providing health care go down.

She did her best to play dumb while interviewing Sen. Bernie Sanders this Sunday on CNN's State of the Union and played a little game of gotcha' with the senator over whether he'd "raise taxes on the middle class" or not if we adopted single payer here.

1. She was trying to get some answers from Sanders but he danced

Off to his planned statements, she tried several times to get his tax plan, he danced off again. She understands Sanders left the questions she was asking and understands he did not answer the questions.

He stated that there is a lot of money to be had in more fairly taxing the wealthy and corporations, and that corporate shills tend to overemphasize the costs of healthcare for all, by ignoring the savings inherent in such a system. That sounds like an answer to me.

But I'm not a corporate shill, so possibly I have the wrong mindset; not that I'm suggesting you are a corporate shill, more referring to Dana Bash.

changing to collect on FICA on monies over $250,000. I am glad he changed from removing the max completely and has gone where Hillary has suggested of $250,000 on FICA. He said he would reveal his tax plan before the Iowa primary which is less than a month away.

and he knows we all know that a few percentage points increase in our taxes would be a good thing compared to the way our healthcare is done today. We all know that, 'cept for dumbasses and illiterates that is. He didn't dance off anywhere btw. It didn't deserve an answer in the context she was asking

Bernie doesn't suffer fools gladly

that you are so interested in his tax plan and know so much about tax plans he will call upon you to help him figure it out.

It was a shill trying to do a hit job on him and you know it. Now go find something else half assed to post

9. So everyone who ask him about his tax plan is a shill? Don't think it equates to being a shill.

Maybe it is because he knows the tax rate will be high.

healthcare. Also from the pharmaceutical industry. I would expect big media to hammer anyone who wants to get rid of the death merchants.

I also notice that the duers who said that Obamacare would put us on the path to single payer now want no part of Medicare for all. This is why supporting conservative democrats is a bad idea. Eventually they turn into republicans.
