Reportedly, her name is Cecily McMillan.

edit: I think this video is inconclusive regarding the allegations. Perhaps another video will surface from another angle.

But when I saw police attempting to break up our Occupy I couldn't see where they were apparently bashing heads only a few feet away.

The people in the background of the video sound rather jaded and cynical.
