I started to complete the survey but I thought my answers would be misleading regarding my industry. I currently work in a very different field than when I was younger. I have not experienced harassment in this industry but in the past.

I have been out of work for quite some time and so I filled it out for my past jobs. I do like your honesty and integrity.

Also doesn't really seem to address unequal pay -- not quite the same as being bypassed for a raise -- I mean a chronic state. This was strongly the case in the 1960s and, while better now, I remember more recent instances. Not exactly harassment, I guess, though.

He is really concentrating more on the sexual and other types of harassment. He has been surprised at some of the answers he has received.

I have given him other feedback as well. I am hoping he will learn and his next project will be even better.

I'm impressed that he is thinking about things like this at his age... good job! Thanks for allowing us to participate in your son's learning experience. I look forward to seeing his revision or his next project.
