This gave me a chuckle:

motivation behind misogyny:

•men maintaining power over women

results of misogyny:

•rape, abuse, murder, lower pay, less opportunities, general discrimination and loss of power, restrictive gender roles, and much, much more.

motivation behind misandry:

•men as a group sure do a lot of bad things as a result of their gendered power and male privilege, im not sure that i trust them or even like them.

results of misandry:

•hurt feelings

SOOOOO often to the point of ridiculous, by totally anonymous people, i have looked at people over the years in my life to see if i know any woman that is an equivalent to a misogynist. even with the literal male abuse of power and entitlement, not to mention personal experience of the horror of rape, i do not see the same hatred of a gender. i do not think you can have that level without dehumanizing a person. man has not and never will be dehumanized and cannot experience that blanket hatred towards him.
