they voluntarily drink the booze and take the drugs, that doesn't automatically equal consent to sex. And last I checked "non consensual sex" equals rape. Period!

I've been here two years and this was my first welcome. I mostly read and don't post. The only other acknowledgement of my new-ness was when I was accused of being a previously banned person because I replied to someone posting a picture of a pizza saying "I love pizza." Apparently it's not a good thing to say even though it is my favorite food.

In case you are mot aware on DU2, when a troll was banned. a tombstone appeared under their name. A pizza is posted accusing a poster of being a troll. Apparently it is ok for some members to accuse others of being trolls, but not others.

But it's "grotesquely unfair" for his ass to sit in jail?

Oh... I forgot... he's a football player.

On the word rape, and how often it's used out of context. How minimizes the word, lessens it's meaning, it's impact. You see it in literature quite often " they raped the Vast forest for profit" and the like.

So here we have someone who simply erases it. Plays with the word "consent" to make his crime look less.


We have here , at best, someone skilled in manipulation, my guess is a sociopath. And they will let him out. We know this.
