I have been reading all these great posts for months. I thought today would be a great time to cast my first post because I will remember my joining Democratic Underground on the day the President was re-elected.

Your joining day is very important. I joined DU one week after September 11, 2001, an awful, awful time. And DU saw me through the horrible B*sh years.
