I apologize for posting this on Robert Earl's thread. I'm using a new screen name which prohibits
me from starting a new thread.

My regular screen name is "Emeraldcitygrl." I've been posting since around 2006, am a gold star member, served on several juries and have always followed the rules to the best of my ability.

My password refused to work. I went through all the steps suggested and never received a reply from DU. My email has changed since originally registering which complicated the matter, but followed directions for that issue and once again to no avail.

"Zeeland" the name I am using now, I came across from an even older AOL account which
allowed me to sigh in. I've never used it to post but thankful I have it to get this message through.

Can someone help me? Could you please bring it to the attention of someone that can help me
Get back to my name that has all my history, star ect. if I did something wrong I would greatly appreciate understanding what that was.
