Woman arrested 396 times may move to mental health facility

The Chicago woman who has robbed and assaulted her way to 396 arrests may be released from prison earlier than November — that is, if she’s accepted into a state-approved mental health and substance abuse program.

Being manic is like going on all sorts of sprees. And she seems to go on robbing and hitting sprees. I've done it myself but not to the extent that she has. And I've done other things that were dangerous.

I just took my medicine but I have been manic since I got up about 2 hours ago.

I just hate it. That's all.
