There are plenty that don't stock AR15s, what I assume you're talking about.

Unless a store has a publicly stated policy of not selling AR-15 style guns, which I doubt any would, all you can know is they don't happen to have any out front today.

...who want to enjoy the outdoors without implicitly supporting this country's gun culture by spending money at stores that cater to it.

Not all change comes through political processes or the courts.
