Something to be happy about today (Friday January 3rd 2014)

I got up this morning, and made it to the bathroom, and then went to the walking center where I exercised and walked almost a mile..

I am happy that I made it to the walking center. It was very cold where I live, 1 Below Zero, when I left...and

I wish there was an inside walking center near me.

When I was younger I enjoyed walking 3 to 4 miles a day.

Now ... I rarely go down my stairs. Our community is a 15 mph neighborhood so walking should be easy. If only it wasn't so darned cold. My hips won't make it here. I need to add a ramp to our home as soon as I can.
