Dr. Rick Hardy, who co-created the Western Illinois University mock election explains the process which is the main emphasis, how thousands of students are involved, and that their insights, research and results have been 100% correct and unblemished for 40 years, since 1975 when the program was first started.
The results of the 2016 presidential election were published in Nov. 2015. The prediction was that *Sen. Bernie Sanders will be the next President of the United States.
Jeb Bush, the study's 2016 GOP nominee, was selected through a brokered convention v. Trump, as Dr. Hardy explains.
