Interesting that Cha gave me the boot despite me not mentioning Hillary by name. No Hill-arious jokes, no "Camp Weathervane" talk for that matter. Just saying that voters deserve a say before we wrap-up this nomination.
Like Uma Thurman said in one of the Tarantino movies, "Well, that was... fun?"

"Latest Threads" can be a minefield though. You might never know whose Wheaties you're pissing in before it's too late.

(11,175 posts)I frequently juggle mine. Sometimes a fervent ideologue must nevertheless be removed from the list when an even more fervent ideologue completes a timeout.
IMO you should get a challenge for cause, not counting against your limit of peremptories, for a block. If DUer A has blocked DUer B from a group, then DUer A should never be seated on a jury considering a post by DUer B. That, however, is not the rule.

Couple times I've found myself about to comment when I noticed where I was. Tempted to comment anyway and ask to be banned, but that wouldn't really earn the badge, would it?

(687 posts)I had just started to post at DU. Hill Group had a post about Hillary being 30 points ahead of Bernie. All I posted was that being ahead in the polls in 2008 didn't guarantee a win for Hillary. Cha booted me. You would think that since I was new here a warning would have been Cha's first option.
I guess they're still sore about 2008 over at the Hill group
