(41,146 posts)civil rights work as a 'cudgel', AND that he is trying to seem he was like JOHN LEWIS (?!). More dishonest, foul attacks on Sanders.
Reid is on dangerous 'attacks' on Obama by Bernie. Exaggerating brief remarks Bernie mentioned in response to a caller on the Thom Hartmann program show years ago, but not how Bernie explained his comments not much later that were not to oppose or have a challenger to Obama.
(Former AA Gov. of Va, 1990 Douglas Wilder (D) and a few others made comments about Pres. Obama's first administration in 2011-12 however).
Sen. COREY BOOKER on now-
>Joy Reid is very worked up, maybe matters are on the line.

(41,146 posts)with workers on computers and phones, Bernie signs and posters on the walls where Joy Reid did part of her report on what's going on in the state and interviews with S.C. African Americans. And not finding any Clinton supporters. That was a day or two ago.
The Palmetto State Feeling The Bern!
And breaking down the 'wall' brick by brick in S.C., Nevada too.

(84,711 posts)I'm thinking there's going to be a "Feel the Bern" surprise. Repubs go for Trump and the Dem S.C. Rebels go for Bernie!
We shall see! S.C. has always loved those REBELS. Remember, the Civil War started with those "hot heads" firing first shots off Ft. Sumter in Charleston to the Union Troops! Hillary is so "establishment" that she just doesn't fit the passion of this Presidential Campaign moment"...imho. I don't think SC Dems are going to let the Repubs outpace them in passion this year.
