They didn't get the precinct captain saying the "socialist Jew" comment on video (or audio) they got a Bernie supporter saying that they heard him say it.

Dolores Huerta would have gotten away with her "English only" comment if video from the event had not proven it wasn't said. Of course, you can't unring a bell, so her LIE has spread like wildfire.
