Bernie Sanders' stump speech should be clearer about his criminal justice positions.

In his stump speech, Bernie Sanders says: A kid who gets arrested for marijuana has a criminal record for life, but the crooks on Wall Street who wrecked the economy don't have criminal records.

His stump speech should be clear that his policies are:
- Legalize marijuana.
- End mandatory minimums.
- End the death penalty.

So should the little boy gunned down in Rahm Emanuel's Chicago, the video of which was held back from the public until after the recall election failed.
